Green Group Holdings, LLC
Green Group Holdings, LLC (GGH) has two investors that each own 50% of GGH. Herzog Contracting Corp (founded in 1969), leader in civil construction and rail construction/maintenance throughout North America. Phillips and Jordan, Inc. (P&J), established in 1952 is a heavy civil contractor that focuses on six key markets: Power, Oil & Gas, Water Resources, Industrial & Commercial, Federal Services, and Disaster Management. P&J managed the disposal and forensic discovery associated with 9/11 World Trade Tower attack in New York City and debris management for Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans.

** Based on the depositions and SOAH Hearing it was disclosed that at the present time Green Group Holdings is not in the hauling/transportation of solid waste. Because of this, and lack of MSW volume, there certainly is the possibility the landfill permit may be sold to either Republic Waste Services (also known as Allied and/or BFI), Waste Management (also known as USA Waste), or Waste Connections (also known as IESI and/or Progressive).

** On November 29, 2013, Texas Disposal Systems responded with specific comments regarding the proposed GGH Host Agreement to the Caldwell County Commissioners and Judge, to the City of Lockhart Mayor and Council members, as well as others. To date GGH has not responded to any of these criticisms.
